Indian Institute of Geomagnetism, Navi Mumbai, is looking for a suitable candidate for the temporary post of Project Assistant at its Allahabad Centre, under the Project “ An Investigation of the Mesospheric Gravity Wave Activities Using All-Sky Imaging Technique” supported by ISRO :
Project Assistant
Salary : Rs.12,000/- p.m. (consolidated)
Qualification / Experience : First Class M.Sc . in Physics. Preferable to have sound knowledge of C++, Fortran Programming, Matlab/IDL and some research experience.
Maximum age : 35 years

Appointment is purely temporary for maximum period of 18 months or till the completion of the said project, whichever is earlier. Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, one of the pioneer Engineering Institutes of India, is celebrating it's Golden Jubilee this year i.e. 2009-2010. As a part of this celebration, the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of this college is organizing an International Conference on Computer and Communications Technology (ICCCT-2010). The International Conference on Computer and Communication Technology (ICCCT-2010) will be the premium forum for the presentation of new advances and research results in the field of Computer Science and Engineering, Communication and Allied fields. The Conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from all around the world. The conference is aimed to be an annual activity.
