Experience: Working in a Research Laboratory for Scientific Support in arranging experimental needs/Experience in maintaining Vacuum System.
Salary(Senior Project Associate): Rs 12000-1200-24000 (Consolidated)
Salary(Senior Project Mechanic) Rs 7000-700-14000 (Consolidated)

Applications are invited for the temporary post of a Research Associate in the School of Physics under the India-Trento (Italy) Programme for Advanced Research (ITPAR- Phase II) of DST.
Posts: Research Associate – 1 no.
Project: Development of new materials for IR and Tera Hertz detectors.
Funding Agency: DST
Duration: 3 Years
Salary: For RA – Rs.15,000/- per month. (Pre- Revised. Revision solely on the basis of DST policy). HRA @30% is available if the candidate stay outside the hostel.
Qualifications required: Ph.D in a related area of Physics/ Materials Engineering.
Those who submitted their Ph.D thesis also may apply.Applicants should apply (through email) with their detailed bio data (including details of their research work carried out so far) with email and telephone numbers to the undersigned .Applicants should note that the appointments to be made are purely temporary and there is no right for claiming any regular appointment in the University.
