Name of Post: Senior Research Fellow (14000 PM, all inclusive)
Qualifications: Masters degree (preferably with a first class) in Environmental Engineering/Information Technology/Hydrology.Candidates with research experience as evidenced by publications will be preferred
GENERAL: (1) Only applications submitted in hard copy form will be accepted. Applications are invited for one RA/JRF/SRF position for three years, to work in the CSIR research scheme entitled “Development of High Oleic Sesamum indicum L. (Gingelley) by Genetic Engineering”.
Qualification: Doctorate (PhD) or equivalent degree in any branch of life science with minimum 55% marks at M.Sc. level. Candidate directly selected by CSIR for award of RAship and those with experience in molecular biology is preferred.
Those who have submitted PhD thesis can also apply for the position of RA (SRF extended) provisionally for one year. Candidates with M.Sc. in any branch of life science having minimum of 55% marks and a clearance in UGC-CSIR NET examination, if found suitable, will be considered for JRF. Maximum Age limit: 28, 32, 33 and 35 for JRF, SRF, SRF (extended) and RA respectively.
Remuneration: As per CSIR norms.
