Applications are invited for one post of Project Assistant for the Structural Biology Lab at BSBE Department, IIT Kanpur.
Minimum Qualification : Masters degree, fluency in English
Desirable : Experience in handling Acconts, Audit, Puschase, Import, Event Management, with knowledge of Computer Operations like MS word, MS Excel, Exchange and other software packages required for office
work, work experience in an academic institution. Short hand. Experience in Laboratory techniques will be an added advantage.
Salary Range : Rs. 6,600-660-13,200
The post is purely temporary and will be offered for a period of one year only.

Opportunities for computer professionals with a flair for biosciences in Bioinformatics and structural biology Department at IIAR, Gujarat
The Department of Bioinformatics and structural biology at IIAR invites applications from candidates with MTech (IT) or MCA qualifications preferably with life sciences background at the graduation level and who have teaching experience of 2-3 years.
The candidate will be required to undertake teaching classes and opportunity for doing research leading to a PhD degree is possible. The position will be for a fixed tenure for 3 years initially which can be upgraded depending upon performance and acquiring further skills. Initial appointment at lecturer or equivalent level can be considered depending upon experience and expertise.
