Call for Applications for the Post of SRF/JRF under BRNS Project Applications on plain paper with complete bio-data along with attested photocopies of candidate's professional and academic certificates are invited from the eligible candidates to work under BRNS sponsored research project "Metallurgical Investigations on Thermally Aged Stainless steel TIG welds" at the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, NITK, Surathkal.
Qualifications for SRF: B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgical / Materials /Mechanical Engineering with a post graduation degree preferably in any specialization of Metallurgical Engg / Materials Engineering. Fellowship: Rs. 14,000/- +HRA for first two years and Rs. 15,000/- + HRA in the third year as per the provision of the project.
Candidates with B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgical / Materials Engineering may also be considered for the post of JRF in case of non-availability of suitable candidates for the post of SRF.
