RA- Ph. D in (Electrical /Electronics & Communication/Computer Science/Instrumentation/Chemical )
SRF- M. Tech (Same as above) with minimum 60% marks
Age limit- 32 years for SRF and 35 years for RA
Relaxable upto 5 years in the case of applicants belonging to SC & ST, Women, PH & OBC candidates.
Stipend/Salaray:
Rs.16,000/= PM for RA and 14000/= PM for JRF
