Applications are invited for admission to M.Sc. (2 years) and M.Phil. Degree Programmes offered in the University Departments of Anna University Chennai for the academic year 2010-2011.

Application forms
can be obtained in the following modes:
(i) In Person: From the Examination Centre, Anna University Chennai, Chennai – 600 025, on payment by
Demand Draft for Rs.600/- (Rs.300/- for SC/SCA/ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu on production of a copy of Permanent Community Certificate in card format).
(ii) By Downloading from the Website: The Application Form and Information Booklet can also be
downloaded from Anna University Chennai website: www.annauniv.edu/msc2010. The filled-in application
should be sent along with documents and D.D. for Rs.600/- (Rs.300/- for SC/SCA/ST candidates belonging
to Tamil Nadu) towards registration fee.

2. Last date for issue and receipt of filled-in applications: 10.05.2010 at 5.30 p.m.

Application Form together with information and instructions to candidates can be downloaded from the
Anna University Chennai website: http/www.annauniv.edu/mphil2010. The candidates shall send the
filled-in application with required enclosures and Demand Draft for Rs.600/- for General category
(Rs.300/- for SC/SCA/ST candidates have to enclose a copy of Permanent Community Certificate in Card
Format).

The Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of ‘The Director (Admissions), Anna University
Chennai, payable at Chennai and should be obtained from any nationalised bank on or after
18.04.2010.
