Title of the Project : Pathway engineering and system biology approach towards homologous and heterologous expression of highvalue phytoceuticals (artemisinin, picrosides, morphine, withanolides,
podophyllotoxin).
Qualifications:Project assistant III:
M. Sc. Biotechnology/ Agricultural Biotechnology/Environmental Sciences/ Life Sciences/Biochemistry/ Botany/ Microbiology/ with minimum 55% marks + two years experience
Desirable experience, if any Plant Molecular Biology and Plant Tissue Culture
Job requirement: To help PI in R&D and other project related work
Consolidated emoluments per month Project assistant III: Rs. 14,000/-
No. of positions to be filled up Project assistant III: Two
The Head, Plant Tissue Culture Division (Attn Dr. Bashir M. Khan) National Chemical Laboratory, Pune 411 008, so as to reach on or before June 15, 2010,1600hrs
