Project Assistant Vacancy in Metabolic Engineering/Synthetic Biology at IICB Kolkata
Position : Project Assistant Level - II

Project : "Synthetic Biology and Metabolic Engineering of Azadirachtin Biosynthesis Pathway."
Sponsor of the Project : CSIR
Name of the PI/Co-PI : Dr. Rupak Bhadra
Qualification required : 1st Class M.Sc in Life Science.
Desirable Qualification : Candidates who have secured 1st class all through and have had Chemistry as one of the subject in B.Sc (Hons.)would be preffered.
Age Limit : 28 Years
Stipend : Rs.10,000/- per month (consolidated)
Terms and Conditions : The engagement is purely temporary and, therefore, does not confer any right / claim implicit or explicit for regularization or absorption against any IICB / CSIR post. The age and qualifications will be reckoned as on the last date of receipt of applications. The upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PH and women candidates as per rules. Short listed candidates will have to attend the interview at their own cost.
