Nature of the post and duration : Purely Temporary for a period of One
year and extendable up to March 2012
Age limit : 35 years
Emoluments : Rs.12000/- consolidated p.m.
Place of posting : Ernakulam
Educational qualifications & Work experience : Masters degree in
Fisheries, Aquaculture, Mariculture, Industrial fisheries, Marine
biology.
Experience in conduct of aquatic nutrition experiments, algal culture
and related analytical work is desirable. Should be able organize and
conduct nutrition experiments in cages.
General information and instructions:
1. No TA/ DA will be paid for attending the interview. The candidates
are requested to bring their original certificates with a set of
attested copies.
2. Candidates should report by 9.30 am on the date of interview and a

3. If the number of candidates reporting for interview exceeds 50
short listing off candidates will be done though a screening test in
which objective questions will be asked Fisheries, Aquaculture,
Mariculture, Industrial fisheries, Marine biology and general knowledge
related to these areas
4. The decisions of the interview board will be final in the selection
of the candidate.
