Walk-in-Interview will be held in the Seminar Room, Centenary Campus, Bose Institute, P – 1/12, C.I.T. Scheme VII-M, Kankurgachi,Kolkata-700054 for one position of Senior Research Fellow in the CSIR sponsored project entitled "Towards identification of aphid resistance gene(s) from wild crucifer Rorippa indica through differential transcriptomic approach" under the guidance of Prof. Samir Ranjan Sikdar in the Division of Plant Biology of this Institute. The project is tenable for three (03) years. Details of the qualifications, fellowship and age are as follows:
Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in any area of Biological Sciences with NET / GATE qualification and three (03) years research experience in Plant Molecular Biology.
Fellowship : Rs 14,000/- p.m., plus admissible H.R.A. and Medical benefit.
Age: Below 30 years (Relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/Women candidates only as per rule).
