Applications are invited from suitable candidates for one positions of Senior Research Fellow in a ICMR funded research project on "A Proteomic analysis of circulating cells for the discovery of biomarkers of increased risk of atheroselerosis in patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus" in the Laboratory of Professor C C Kartha.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must have secured first class in all their qualifying examinations. Masters Degree in Biological Sciences is mandatory. Experience: Two years of research in biochemistry/chemistry/molecular biology
AGE: Below 35 years
EMOLUMENTS
Senior Research Fellow: Rs. 14,000 /- + 15% HRA per month
Duration: Two years or till termination of the project (whichever is earlier).
Only those fulfilling the above criteria need apply and will be called for interview. Suitably qualified candidates may send applications in the prescribed format (www.rgcb.res.in/downloads/adv.doc) with a copy of full resume and attested photocopies of credentials & experience to reach the undersigned. The envelopes must be superscripted with abbreviated title of the project, the advertisement number and job title. Selection to the position will not entitle the candidate to any future positions at RGCB (permanent or otherwise). As with all project positions at RGCB, the position will be co terminus with end of the project. In the event of more than 10 candidates being short listed, a written test will be done before the selection interview.
