Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in the DST sponsored project title “Synthesis and catalytic applications of Hierarchical/Nanocrystalline zeolite catalysts” under .The Position is temporary and is available immediately.
This project aims towards the development of Hierarchical/nanocrystalline zeolite catalysts for fine chemical applications. A student working in this project will be trained to synthesize various types of surfactant and nanomaterials. These materials will be investigated in different catalytic applications. Additionally, the student will also learn how to use various spectroscopic and spectrometric techniques for the characterization of these novel materials.

Duration: 3.0 years
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. Chemistry with at least 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale or 60% marks and having passed NET (CSIR/UGC)/ NET (LS)/ GATE (>75 percentile) test. Only very hard working, highly motivated and enthusiastic students are advised to apply.

Emoluments: As per DST rules. I & II year - Rs. 12,000/- p.m. III year - Rs. 14,000/- p.m.
